Doody Happens team members are respectful, dependable and loving dog owners. We understand this is your pet's yard and we are just visiting. Something we like to do whenever possible is have your assigned team member servicing your yard meet your pup(s) at your first clean up. Sometimes that's a challenge simply because you may not be home at the time of service. It's just our way of having your pup(s) be comfortable with us and us with them. We don't mind if they are in the yard while it is being serviced. Hey, it's their yard. But if you would rather them stay inside, well that's okay too.
Here's what you should know
You do not need to be present when we are scooping as long as we have access to the area.
We come to your home or business based on your frequency.
We walk over your property thoroughly, scooping up all doody and any trash.
We remove the doody from the site and dispose of it properly offsite. We would never place it in your trash.
We notify you of any concerns with what your pet is leaving behind so you may address any possible health issues or needed attention.
All tools and footwear are sprayed and wiped down with a disinfectant cleaner to prevent the spread of any potential bacteria and parasites from one site to another.
We service in all weather conditions unless there is lightning, heavy downpour, flood advisories or inclement weather. Service may resume after threatening weather moves out of the area. If we are unable to service on your scheduled day make ups will be scheduled the next available service day

Here's how we bill
We bill o the last service day of each month using PayPal to email your invoice and process your payment. We also accept payment through Venmo and ApplePay.
Initial Cleanings are due upon receipt. We accept checks, Visa and MasterCard, Venmo and ApplePay
We ask for payment no later than the 10th. Any late payments will have a charge of $5.00 on the next service bill.
There are no contracts for service and your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satified with any service, we will return to your property within 24 hours and rescoop at no charge.
